Poster Awards

Outstanding posters will be selected by conference judges and recognized for excellence in research, innovation, and presentation. Awards will be presented to the top three posters:

Registration Discount

If you are selected to present a poster, you will receive 50% off of your registration.

Please wait to register until notification decisions are released, as accepted presenters will receive a discount code for their registration.

Printing Information

Posters must be printed at 46" W × 32" H to fit conference poster boards.

While printing costs are not covered, poster award recipients may use their earnings to cover costs for attending. Travel award recipients recipients (who receive 100% off their registration instead of 50% off) will receive a check up to $599 after the event to cover costs incurred for attending.
